What does sex education you have learned include masturbation? Probably not mentioned! The first thing you need to know is: There is nothing embarrassing about masturbation. It is normal and completely healthy. It can help relieve stress and is a great way to get to know your body and your sexuality, and it’s really good.

People of all ages and genders do it. People in every country in the world do it. Single people and married people also do it. Some do it often, some do it occasionally, and some do not do it at all. It is normal.

Getting started

How can a woman masturbate? There are many ways and it is to find what is right for you. The two main ways that women masturbate involve the clitoris or vagina. Before you enjoy the good stuff, find a suitable and useful place to start with a mirror and try to locate the clitoris, vagina and labia, then you know what you need to do. But do not worry if you are still unsure. Each person’s vagina is different and it does not matter!

Stimulating the clitoris

The clitoris contains thousands of nerves that make it a very pleasurable area and is the point at which most women orgasm. It can be stimulated with your fingers or with a vibrating sex toy. Try rubbing the clitoris in a circular motion or from back and forth with varying degrees until you find something that makes you feel arouse. You can also do this on different parts of the vagina by surveying the arousal level and feeling good.

The vagina can also be a source of happiness for you, especially the G-spot. It is located inside and can be difficult to find and stimulate. To find it, slowly insert one or two fingers into your vagina and curl them upwards to touch or rub the textured area behind your pubic bone. Some people find this very fun, even if it is normal, it is not fun or orgasm for you at all.

What products should I use?

If you are just starting out, you may want to consider using a small sex toy to stimulate your clitoris and vagina. There are special sex toys for the G-spot that can help you find areas of arousal that you may not even be aware of! You may know that adding a few drops of lube to your body or sex toy can also help increase pleasure. Remember to wash sex toys before and after use and wash your hands before and after masturbation or any sexual activity.

For all kinds of masturbation, you might think about position. Many people choose to lie in bed for comfort, but you can use other gestures, such as kneeling, sitting or standing, or masturbating in the shower can also help you.

How long does it take?

There is no set time for orgasm (which usually feels like a strong urge to ejaculate), so take as long as you need to.

Is it safe to masturbate?

No matter what you heard, masturbation is absolutely safe. Nothing bad will happen to you if you do it. In many ways, it is actually the safest form of sex because there is no risk of HIV, STIs or unintended pregnancies. Just make sure you masturbate yourself or if you choose to do it with a partner (which can be a lot of fun too) ensure they agree first.

It’s not only safe, it may be more general than you think. To be honest, there is no right or wrong way to masturbate, just try different techniques to find something that works for you. Please do it with pleasure!
